Lease
Furniture Rental leases are generally categorized under short and long term; depending on the length of stay.
Short term lease (rental period less than 6 months)
Whether you're waiting on a shipment or newly purchased furniture to arrive, or simply
looking to save money on short-term accommodation needs, this is the range for you. The
range of furniture will be our available reconditioned stock. They are
practical and economical.
Long term lease
You will enjoy more choices, items from our showroom and catalogues, or items from
other retailers, or a combination of both! After you have selected the items you
wanted to rent, we will compute the rental amount depending on the lease terms and
charges the Hirer accordingly on a monthly basis.
When the contract expires, you may choose to:
Extend on a monthly basis;Renew for another period at a discounted rate;Buy-back the furniture (selective items or as a package).If not, simply give us a call, and we will arrange a date for collection.
Lease-to-own schemes are also available. It allows the Hirer or tenant to own the furniture at the end of the lease term.
